With over 10 plus years in the field of learning and development, Jeff has held a variety of positions that blend a grounded theoretical approach with real life experiences. Jeff currently serves as a consultant within Human Resources at the University of Minnesota where he delivers a variety of workshops focused on personal and professional development.
Prior to joining the U, Jeff was a trainer and curriculum designer with ChartHouse Learning – the creators of The FISH! Philosophy. Designing and facilitating learning experiences for business, colleges and K-12 environments Jeff brings a passion influenced by these simple practices to his every day work. Some say it’s contagious.
Additionally, Jeff serves as Director of Campus Life at Augsburg College. He trained and mentored over 40 student leaders a year through a comprehensive, theory-based approach to campus involvement and engagement.
Jeff’s passion for working with others, really sprang to life as previous owner of DynaTEAM Consulting, Inc. where he co-authored a variety of training and teambuilding resources. He continues to bring his passion and quest for results to organizations.
